Oyetola News Today | Charges To Workers In The State Of Osun, “Be Resourceful, Eschew Indolence”

Adegboyega Oyetola, the governor of Osun State, has urged workers in the state to be diligent and avoid indolence.

On Tuesday, Oyetola spoke in Osogbo at a prayer session organized at the Government Secretariat in Abere to usher in the new year.

“As we embark on the journey of a new year, which, in many ways, is another defining year for our State, I urge us to commit to doing better, improve our personal and collective productivity, rededicate ourselves to the Omoluabi ethos that defines us as a special people and race,” Oyetola said in a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Ismail Omipidan.

“Let us eschew indolence in every form and reorient ourselves for a more diligent and satisfying work life.” As we prepare to begin work in 2022, let us all remember to follow the Covid-19 procedure for the sake of our common good. We must always keep in mind that the epidemic is still active and appearing in waves.

“As a show of strength, I’ve taken the first, second, and even booster vaccines; they’re all safe.” I advise all those who have not yet received their immunizations to do so.”

During the ceremony, five staff were awarded automobiles for performing very well in their jobs, while others received gifts such as plasma televisions and refrigerators.
